Here at Wicked Hens Parties, we are in the business of making sure our hen’s parties have the time of their life on their last night of ‘freedom’ with their bride tribe! We have put together some unforgettable ideas, packages and activities for you to look through on our website. If something tickles your fancy simply submit an online enquiry or give us a call.
If you see a package you like but would like to shake it up and personalise it by adding something like a topless waiter or upgrading to cocktails instead of champagne (cute), no problem at all. Taking something off isn’t a problem either (not just the waiter’s shirt) just let your Wicked Hens Party Planner know and we can build a package exclusively for your group!
Ideally, you will have a basic idea of the following:
Number of guests
Ideas of what you would like to do
A rough budget per person
Wicked Hens will take care of the rest!
Once you have received a quote and you are ready to book it in click ‘Accept Quote’ and you will then be prompted to pay a small non-refundable holding fee to secure everything. This payment is deducted from the final amount owing. Your Wicked Hens Party Planner will send you a confirmation email with all the booking details.
Oh honey, not at all! We understand how difficult it is in the early planning stages to know exactly how many guests will be attending. Final numbers are required 4 weeks prior to the event.
Your final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event.
You will receive a detailed itinerary the Friday a week before your event. The itinerary is amazing! It has everything you need to know before the event including addresses with interactive maps, contact numbers, handy hints, dress codes and much more.
You bet sister! We love being a part of a little secrecy and a bit of fun! When you add your hen to your guest list there is an option to select ‘this is the hen’ and you can click the box that says ‘keep event details a secret’. Our lips are sealed!
It sure is! We have been organising events for over 12 years and have built amazing relationships with our suppliers. We have sourced not only the best contacts but the best prices so you get the best event for the absolute lowest price.
Each activity is different and may require a minimum number of people to run, however, if you have a small number of guests, let us know and we can certainly help put together a package that will best suit your group.
It all depends on which suppliers are involved in your package. Occasionally we are able to make changes after the due date. However, this is not always the case and there may be fees involved depending on how close it is to the event.
Here at Wicked Hens, we have a custom-built system that makes payments easy. We accept credit and debit card payments including Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. We can also take payments via Poli. You are more than welcome to pay the final amount in one large sum or pay individually.
The system can spread your hen’s share of the party across the group meaning she won’t need to pay a thing! Let your Party Planner know if you want to select this option.
18 years of age. We would love to host your younger cousin, however, all our activities are strictly for those 18 years and older.
Bridesmen, we are looking at you and we are hearing you! We love nothing more than organising LGBTQI+ events whether that’s a Hucks (hens and bucks) a Lux (lesbian bucks) and the rainbow in between, everyone is welcome at a Wicked Hens Parties. You too Grandma (or Grandpa)! Just let your Party Planner know what’s happening and we will accommodate.
